Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager takes accountability for all financial management and corporate support services for the business; ensuring Invert Robotics operates effectively and efficiently behind the scenes while supporting fast-paced yet calculated executive decision making. In doing this, the Finance Manager takes a “sleeves rolled” approach; doing what needs to be done and will (amongst other things):

Establish and manage valuable financial, management and commercial reporting; ensuring accurate and up to date is available for the Managing Director and Board;

Actively manage the cashflow of the business including developing and maintaining forecasting models;

Support the Managing Director with all strategic, business and budget planning; providing input into performance measures and driving the processes;

Act as the “go to” person for legal, HR and IT support and establish and manage relationships with key advisers including legal, HR and IT professionals to ensure that the company is appropriately supported and effective;

Effectively manage all company administration and statutory compliance requirements.

This is a business-critical role that will provide key support to the Managing Director and across the business to enable Invert Robotics to achieve its strategic goals. Are you ready to take on this challenge?
