Shalen Kumar, CEO of Powerhouse Ventures' portfolio company AuramerBio, was recently selected as a top 10 finalist in the 2018 Elevator Pitch Competition!
This competition was run by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, where a pool of 100 competitors were selected out of 591 applicants to pitch their idea in front of a panel of expert judges.
As a finalist, Shalen performed a 3-minute pitch in front of a 1000-seat audience of industry experts and investors.
Although Shalen was not successful in winning the title, AuramerBio had the opportunity to connect with venture capitalists and gain some great exposure for the technology.
