Russell Yardley

Non-Executive Chairman

Russell has been a professional Non-Executive Director and Chairman for the past decade following a career in the informational technology and communications sector. He is a board member on the Australian Research Data Commons Limited and a member of the Victorian Government Purchasing Board as well as being an honorary member of the board of the Alannah and Madeline Foundation. He has been chairman of ASX listed Tesserent Limited, now ASX listed Alcidion Limited and Readify Limited until it was sold to Telstra in 2016. After spending more than 7 years at IBM he founded his first company Decision Engineers that was merged with ASI to form Applied Learning that was then listed on the ASX in 1993. Russell was the Victorian State Chair 2010-2011 and the National Treasurer 2011-2014 of the Australian Information Industry Association, was made an Honorary Member of the Australian Computer Society in 2010 and made a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2012.

Geoff Gander

Non-Executive Director

Mr Gander is an experienced professional  with a strong corporate background across a range of industry sectors, including Technology and Oil and Gas.  He is currently Chairman/ CEO of an ASX-listed oil and gas company and has held a range of Executive and Non-Executive Director roles with several listed companies over the past 14 years.

Tim Hannon

Non-Executive Director

Tim is currently a principal of Conrad Capital Group, a corporate advisory, and funds management group. 

 Tim has 25 years’ experience in the investment and securities markets.  He was a former partner of Goldman Sachs, where he enjoyed an 18-year tenure, holding roles such as Head of Australian Equities, Head of Real Estate and Co-Manager of Global Real Estate Securities portfolios.  He was also founder and co-manager of the Goldman Sachs Australian Infrastructure Securities Fund, and co-manager of the award-winning Goldman Sachs Emerging Leaders Fund.

 Tim holds a Bachelor of Economics, Postgraduate Finance qualifications and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Peter McGrath

Non-Executive Director

Peter is an experienced senior executive with an extensive career leading major telecommunications and technology companies in Australia and broad experience restructuring and turning around under-performing businesses.  Peter also has considerable corporate governance and directorship experience having served on several Boards over the years.   Peter McGrath is currently CEO and Managing Director of ASX-listed Commschoice (CCG).

 Prior to this role, Peter was Group CEO of Nextgen Group, ultimately leading the sale of the company to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in 2013 for circa $1billion.  Before that role, Peter was CEO of ASX-listed Uecomm – a major corporate and wholesale carrier where he implemented a major restructure resulting in a significant increase in share price and the acquisition of the business by Singtel.    Peter has also extensive capital markets experience, having worked for ANZ Investment Bank, ANZ Securities and UBS Warburg in corporate finance and equities.

 Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Communications and Electronics) and an MBA (Finance Major) from Melbourne Business School

Lachlan Armstrong

Non-Executive Director

Lachlan has a 20-year track record in capital markets. He is currently Executive Director of the Burnham Group Family Office, his family’s private investment Group with origins dating back to the late 1920s. Lachlan has experience investing across the market capitalisation spectrum, in both listed and unlisted investments.

Lachlan was previously CEO and Managing Director of ASX-listed DWS Limited (and prior to that the company’s CFO), a technology services and management consulting business. Prior to this, Lachlan worked with global investment bank JPMorgan.

Lachlan holds Bachelor of Business and a Master of Applied Finance from Monash University. He is a Certified Member CPA Australia, Member Australian Institute of Company Directors.
